The customer can choose to cancel the order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery.
In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.
In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
IDS e Solutions reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order.
IDS e Solutions also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
This policy is provided by IDS e Solutions Pvt Ltd directly. Under this policy the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the company to the buyer. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
If the buyer wishes to cancel the order after the payment is made, refund can be initiated before the product is dispatched from our ware house. In that case, the refund amount will be directly credited to the Customer's account within Three working days
Whereas, if the buyer cancels the order after dispatch from our ware house, the refund, will only be done, upon receiving back the material to our ware house and after thorough checking of the material dispatched. Minimum time process in this case is 15 days from the date of receipt of materials in our ware house and not exceeding 30 days to refund the amount to the Customer's account
